A narrative structure ensuring coherence across seasons, editions, commissions, touring, and partnerships. Prevents fragmentation and maintains meaning across public communication.
Typical contexts: festivals, competitions, multi-venue programmes, international collaborations.
Output: narrative spine, thematic framing, messaging guardrails.
Foundation & Grant-Facing Communications Review
Review and refinement of funding-facing materials to ensure legitimacy, clarity, and institutional relevance without promotional tone. Designed for boards, foundations, and public funding bodies.
Typical contexts: grant applications, foundation reporting, mixed-funding models, EU collaborations.
Output: annotated review, rewrite guidance, final polished versions where required.
Sensitivity & Reputation Risk Review
Pre-publication assessment identifying cultural, ethical, political, and institutional risks that may distort interpretation or damage long-term credibility.
Typical contexts: programme announcements, partnerships, sensitive themes, international settings.
Output: risk map, scenario analysis, mitigation strategies, response framing if required.

Briefing and preparation for individuals representing the institution externally. Focused on institutional judgement and boundary management rather than performance coaching.
Typical contexts: artistic directors, CEOs, jury chairs, board chairs, founders.
Output: briefing notes, talking points, boundary lines, interview preparation.

Frequently asked questions
1. Are these available without a DIGIPR engagement?
In most cases, no. This work is designed to strengthen delivery, not to operate as standalone consultancy.
2. Are all engagements extended in this way?
No. Selection is context-led. Some engagements require none; others require one or two areas to protect institutional credibility.
3.Can this be introduced mid-engagement?
Yes, where timing allows. Scope is confirmed in writing before any additional work begins.
Considering an extension of scope?
scope, and timing together. Not all extensions are appropriate in every situation.
