These Terms of Service (“Terms”) define the conditions under which DIGIPR provides digital public relations services. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms. This website operates under the DIGIPR brand, a trading name of RoI2 Ltd.
1. Services
DIGIPR provides strategic digital PR services for performing arts, cultural productions, competitions, and institutional projects.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Strategic digital PR planning
- Ongoing digital PR and visibility management
- Content structuring for media and discoverability
- Advisory support for institutions, foundations, and international projects
The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal prior to commencement.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective collaboration, the client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and timely information relevant to the project
- Ensure access to necessary materials, platforms, and decision-makers
- Respond to requests and feedback within reasonable timeframes
Delays caused by missing information, approvals, or access may affect timelines and outcomes.
3. Fees and Payment Terms
Fees and payment structures are defined in the applicable service agreement.
Typical structures may include:
- Ongoing engagements: monthly invoicing
- Project-based work: reservation fee and milestone-based payments
- Advisory or leadership roles: monthly invoicing based on agreed scope
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Reservation fees are payable in advance
- Invoices are due within 7 days of issue
- Late payments may result in suspension of services
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellation and Termination
- Ongoing agreements require 30 days’ written notice for termination, unless otherwise specified
- Fixed-scope projects may be terminated by mutual agreement, with fees adjusted to reflect work completed
- Fees for services already delivered are non-refundable
- Reservation fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
5. Intellectual Property
All methodologies, frameworks, processes, and materials developed by DIGIPR remain the intellectual property of DIGIPR, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use delivered materials for their own internal purposes.
Redistribution, resale, or reuse outside the agreed context is not permitted.
6. Confidentiality
All non-public information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential.
DIGIPR will not disclose client information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law or necessary for service delivery.
Similarly, any proprietary methods or materials provided by DIGIPR are confidential and intended solely for the agreed engagement.
7. Results and Liability
DIGIPR works to deliver professional, high-quality services based on experience and best practices. However, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, including external conditions and client-side decisions.
DIGIPR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
8. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
The most current version will always be available on this website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
